AltTab. Open Task-Manager. Locate AC Brotherhood and Right Click on it. Change Affinity to only TWO CPU Cores.Afterwards you can change back to FOUR. Re-enter the game. This should solve the stuttering.But keep in mind that you need to do this everytime you play AC Brotherhood. This solved my problem.Thank you. #3.
